The distribution facility, situated in Dandenong South, will receive inbound trucks with online supermarket orders and distribute these orders to outbound vans for last mile delivery to the customer. The estate, developed by Charter Hall and built by FDC will also include a 15,000sqm Speculative Distribution Centre, which was awarded to PacifiCO as part of the same steel contract, which will total 420t of steel and 23,300m of purlins and girts.
