Strong demand for industrial warehousing space in South East prompted Salta to develop two speculative warehouse in their Nexus Industrial Estate in Dandenong South. The main contractor, Builtwise, awarded the steel package to PacifiCO Structural Steel, which involved the fabrication and installation of 600t of steel and 42,000m of purlins and girts. Despite a volatile and scarce steel market, PacifiCO delivered the project in record time and within the strict quality and budget requirements expected by both Builtwise and Salta.
